MAN POWER
GVR Infratech possesses excellent manpower resources to undertake and complete the projects to the satisfaction of client. The company is meticulous in allocating experienced qualified personnel to each of its project. Regular reporting procedures effectively monitor construction progress and man power/equipment utilization.
We have excellent and efficient personnel on rolls that are skilled in all aspects of the project management, right from supervision, trouble shooting, management and handling of workmen. In order to ensure that the back office functions like accounting, procurement, audit and materials management and AUTOCAD designing etc.
QUALITY ASSURANCE:
We have well trained, experienced Quality Assurance Personnel, who report directly to the Managing Director are posted at various sites to oversee the total quality control and prevention of wastage and to eliminate re-work.
AVAILABILITY OF SUPPORTING INFRASTRUCTURE:
We have acquired all required equipment like Hoists, Drilling cum Crane Equipment, Tools and Tackles etc. along with disposal Trucks, Jeeps, Tractors and other vehicles to ensure mobility of men and material.

Mr. Venkata R Gumpalli (Ramesh), is Managing Director, holds Executive Programme in Leadership & Management from IIM Calcutta, Master of Computer Application from Osmania University, certification about People & Society from Oxford University and certified PRINCE2 Practitioner from London . He worked as a SAP /Oracle consultant for the past 15 years in various originations ( Bacardi, L'Oreal, ABN AmroBank, Cadburys, Nestle, Philips, Bestseller, EDF Energy, British Telecom, Schneider Electric, Rockwool, Tech Mahindra, TCS, Wipro etc..) and worked in various countries viz., UK, Switzerland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Denmark and Slovenia etc. He has an overall 20 Years of experience in various jobs / businesses including Financial Markets, Real Estate, Project Management, etc. After return back to India in the year of 2011, with zeal to see the opportunities in the Infrastructure sector and has established GVR Infratech. He is wholly responsible for the financial matters, strategic plan, business development and overall execution of the projects.
Mrs. Gumpalli Ashwini
Mrs. Gumpalli Ashwini, is a director and holds Masters in Business Administration from Sister Nivedita Collage, Hyderabad. She worked for various organizations in the UK, having vast experience in management of office administration and wholly responsible for administration issues at head office.
